All guests receive USA Today Monday-Friday, and of course, our famous DoubleTree Chocolate Chip cookies upon arrival.

Junior Suites feature a separate living room and bedroom, with a king bed, The Executive suites also feature a separate livingroom/dining room combination along with a separate bedroom. All suites are equipped with large writing desk, data port and power supplies, coffee maker, iron/ironing board and hairdryer.

Executive Conference Rooms - Set to your specifications with ergonomic chairs or banquet seating, pads, pencils, ice water, candies, white boards and coat racks.

Continuous Refreshment Breaks - Offered from 7:00 am – 5:00 PM daily featuring an elaborate continental breakfast including freshly brewed Colombian coffee, specialty teas, bottled water and assorted juices, fruit yogurts, fresh fruit, cold cereal and freshly baked pastries and bagels. Afternoon breaks include our signature DoubleTree Cookies, other tempting sweets, ice cream, healthy snacks and hot hors d’oeuvres. Break offerings are rotated daily to satisfy multi-day meeting attendees.

Meals - Our fabulous lunch buffet offered in the Food 101 Restaurant features both hot and cold items complete with salads, deli platters, prepared entrees, assorted desserts and freshly baked breads. Private dining may be available upon request and is not included in the Day Meeting Package price.

Learning Tools - LCD projector, overhead projector, 8’ by 8’ projection screen, VCR and monitor, flip chart with markers, microphone and podium are all included in our package based on a minimum of 20 attendees. If you require additional A/V our in-house staff will be available to assist you and a price list will be provided

Business Center Services - Our centrally located self-serve business center is available from 6:00 am – 6:00 PM. Services include printer, copier, fax machine, high speed internet port for laptops and P.C. station. All services are included in the price of the Day Meeting Package.
